Ashley Cole joins Arsenal party

Ashley Cole has risked the wrath of boss Jose Mourinho after joining rival team-mates fromArsenal at the Gunners Christmas party in London on Wednesday night.

The newspaper claims that Mourinho cancelled the Chelsea squad’s planned festive bash after the club crashed out of the Capital One Cup to Sunderland – who are bottom of the Premier League – on Tuesday night.

However, Cole, who controversially left Arsenal to join Chelsea in 2006 following a bitter contract row, decided to hit the town anyway along with Andre Schurrle and Ryan Bertrand.

The Mail state that the trio attended trendy London club ‘Libertine’ along with the Gunners squad were out celebrating their Xmas bash and were dressed in fancy dress.

It remains to be seen how Mourinho will react to the news that Cole, Schurrle and Bertrand went out despite the fact he cancelled the players official party, but Cole is already on the periphery of Mourinho’s first team plans having lost his place to Cesar Azpilicueta, so the worst that could happen is he’s hit with a fine.

It’s an interesting side-plot considering Arsenal meet Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium on Monday night in what’s sure to be a crucial game in this seasons title race.

He's got nerves for doing that, but I guess this proves a point of the saying, "Once a Gunner, always a Gunner"

Christmas is about Jesus, it's not Halloween. Over the years society and industry has turned the true meaning of Christmas into a business to buy and sell gifts and to party and drink all night long. Disgrace.

Bananas in the background made my day! Any chance someone knows who dressed up like that?

It's just a damn party. Cole probably still has some old friends there so went along and invited Schurrle and Bertrand. There's no need for controversy because of a party, and if Mourinho takes it seriously I'll be disappointed at his judgments.

You guys are all right. He is a twat, and he is "Ca$hley". But he is Ca$hley Cole of Chelsea FC and he's our twat <3.

You know what makes him such a great twat?

Stuff like this: http://vimeo.com/68884291

(rest of his twat-like poses in the vimeo vid ;P)

He's also shot one of our staff members accidentally, called out the FA, cheated on his wife, "He is taking the p***, Jonathan!" - Cole's infamous reply to his agent when told of Arsenal's £55k-a-week contract offer (which I thought was hilarious), and is sometimes a complete moron.

But do you think he is done with his twat-like antics? Like how he does this for a Nike ad (which I thought was also hilarious):

(So cocky, so cool :>)

But nevertheless, us Chelsea fans will always support Cole. He came to us for a bargain of 5m + Gallas, and went on to be the world's best left back for 5+ years and turned himself into Chelsea's greatest ever left back and a Chelsea legend. He also became England's greatest left back of the modern era, he takes a lot of abuse constantly (something not many could handle), and he's really REALLY good at football.

Cole for Prime Minister.

What part of my post was retarded?! They were all serious and well thought out with multi-million advertisements and a tribute video. Cole should seriously run for Prime Minister. *sarcasm*
