Arsenal FC best XI, why?

Just heard Giroud is coming back to fulltraining after international break, Walcott is already fit. I know this will never ever happen, but if we had like 2-3 injuries (normally it's 7-10 all season), what would be your Arsenal starting XI?

This is especially for gooners, but if you're not an Arsenal fan and interested to show your opinion, go ahead! Obviously it would be great to hear your opinion WHY you'd use the players & the formation. I'm actually too tired now to explain widely, but I'll say compactly.

First, I'd like to try 4-4-2. It was the main reason why Arsenal won the FA Cup - Wenger always changed to 4-4-2 during the games. And if it works with Sanogo-Giroud up top, I think it would work even better with Welbz bringing pace & bit more agility. I think using Walcott & Alexis on the wings is nobrainer.
Also would like to see how 2 box to box mids would work in 4-4-2. I'm not 100% sure I remember correctly but I think City have done it with 4-2-2-2 (which is basically the same), with Yaya & Fernandinho/Milner in CM positions with success. The back 4 is just the best back 4 we have atm, Wenger should buy atleast 1 CB in the January.

Then, another option would be 4-2-3-1. This looks pretty great imo. I'd like to try Chambers in CDM (if Debuchy & Koscielny could be fit), Flamini & Arteta have been poor. I'd rather get proper CDM in January though like Kondogbia/Carvalho. Even Khedira would probably do better job eventho he's normally box2box, and he's not playing too much currently so who knows if he might leave. I always thought we should've brought Song in the summer.
I think these players would suit Özil the best. And the front trio of Alexis-Welbz-Walcott would be REALLY full of pace.

Why isn't Ozil in the first line-up? He is easily your best player.

Because he doesn't suit anywhere in 4-4-2 formation obviously. When Özil's fit, I'd rather use 4-2-3-1 - but I'd like to see some games Arsenal playing 4-4-2.

@DecentK

He has been used in the right wing in a 4-4-2 by Mourinho on occasion, and had done well. He is an excellent player. The players around him at Arsenal do not play to his strengths though.

The 4-4-2 that he did well in looked something like this.

Casillas

Defenders...

Ozil - Alonso - Khedira/Kaka - Ronaldo

Higuain - Benzema/Adebayor

Wenger has to work his way to make the best out of their every players, find the tactical adaption. I think it would be best for Arsenal to include Ozil and find some way that works for him...

Walcott
Alexis Ozil Ox
Ramsey Wilshere
Gibbs Koscielny Chambers Debuchy

Mertesacker is just slower than ever, is that even possible? He cost us this season already few goals, we need to buy CB and CDM.
