This is how long we, Arsenal fans are waiting for the trophy. Finally after all these years we can lift up a trophy. I believe we can do it, but it won't be that easy as it looks like, anything can happen in the final.

Though of course i want us to win and get over this streak, dont think that 9 years is a long period. Hull for an example has never in their 110 year existence won a major honour. But do you see Hull fans moaning about that? No, i think we should get over 9 petty years without a cup and stop acting like its something big.

The difference is Hull don't have the funding year in and year out as Arsenal has. We never expected Arsenal to win the EPL again for a while after the Invincibles collapsed but you could have easily won the FA Cup or C1C during these nine years. If Chelsea did not win a trophy for nine years with the sort of squad we have I'd be very disappointed.

@dephased Arsenal are one of the three biggest clubs in England, so of course they are expected to win trophies. That's why 9 years without winning anything is seen as failure by the fans. I think failure is a big word, but it is surely a disapointment for most the fans and the club.

that would be the first time I see arsenal lift a trophy, I couldn't sleep well last night and I can't fucking wait. It's like christmas when I was a kid.

^^ United won't be in Europe even if Hull loses. The FA cup runners up get the Europa league spot if the winner is already in Europe.

If Wenger loses this then he should just leave the club (imo).
