Arsenal always seem to always panic buy we never finish our business early and wenger is forced to panuc buy. All the top 3 have signed players liverpool, city and chelsea yet we always are linked with a shitload of players and at the end we sign none of them. So annoying even man united have signed 2 players and on the verge of a 3rd signing. Wenger always wannna buy crappy 20 year olds who will be sold 2 or 3 years later

@Lodatz there were a lot of rumours already in SkySports about Balotelli, but no contact so far between Arsene and Mario, I still can't imagine him in our colours and hope we won't sign him.

@lodatz Wenger was on Bein Sports America at some point during the world cup. He was asked about Balotelli and he said, straight faced, that it was pure invention. Wenger went on to say that agents and the like make up lots of stories right now and that the Balotelli one is certainly not true.

He also said Balotelli has had a poor showing at the World Cup.

So you never know but he sounded pretty sincere that time, it didn't sound like mind games to me. I can't find the video though.

They are wanting to sign Alexis and Vidal, but they will face competition on this players....
If Arsenal wants to become Title contenders, actually they arent, more CL contenders, they need to show some determination in the transfer market...

There will be no gifts to them, if they want quality, they will need to pay the price...

@tiki you're right, I hope for Aurier, Vidal, there are rumours again that Di Maria wants to leave Real Madrid, who knows what happen, I will take him any day, even if it's unlikely.

^ Nothing is unlikely if you do some efforts, if PSG could sign massively then its just a question of money, and as a player i would prefer to play in a PL big club rather than in France...

Put the money, and players will come, Arsenal still have a good attractivity and playing CL next year.

If my memory serves me right, Arsenal had most of their starting XI injured last season, which made them use reserve players. All Arsenal players had to play a part in Arsenal's season, and the reserves played a significant amount of time that helped them gain a lot of experience. As a result, Arsenal are currently with most depth in their squad in years.

IMO Arsenal only need 1-2 more strikers to add some quality up front, taking into consideration that the injured players recover and perform at the same level they used to before picking an injury.

I've noticed that teams who win the FA cup are favourites of winning EPL the next season or at least challenging for the title (with the exception of Wigan, although city won the following year who were the runners-up).
