^Absolutely true. So pathetic and stupid, but over the years it has become more and more obvious to me that every team/national team have great and also bad fans.

it's just a group of morrons, every nation and team has its morrons. Don't hate all Argentina just because of these twats. I'm rooting for messi to win the world cup myself.

These idiots don't surprise me. There are a lot of Argentinians who would love to win the world cup in the home country of their biggest international rival. Like Alex said, hopefully Netherlands will tear them a new one. @KingHenry, Messi will never win the world cup. Not with that team.

Agree with @KingHenry: even though, Im rooting for Netherlands, but seeing Messi performing at his level is a joy too. and @TheGame: lolz, Argentina is quite a joke, without Messi, I dont know where would they be in this World Cup, and now without Di Maria... :D

If Rooney has done half of Messi achievements in this WC, the legend comments would be uncountable...
But he didnt even achieved 1/4 of Messi, another answer on the pitch in this WC for Messi to his haters and the fact he reached semi-final with Argentina is making the Hate appears even bigger.
Those who want a nation to fail are just considered haters, the 4 nations deserved their place...

Germany, Holland or Brasil didnt show more strenght than Argentina, the World Cup turned again to a defensive battle so i actually see a lot of Bias...
There is no way, some haters would reduce a WC performence because of Hate.

The most spectacular teams like Colombia, Chile,France, Belgium or Mexico quit competition due to the efficiency of the remaining nations in the competition...

I may agree there is no favourites, and i may agree that the level is very similar this year, but i have to give credit to the efficiency of the Winning teams.

So no one is talking about all the brazilians at all of argentina's game booing every touch and cheering for every rivals touch?

Im not saying 2 wrongs make a right, but look at the whole picture. you could find something similar for every nation.

^ Thankfully Argentina didnt got controversial help as Brasil, Holland or Germany against Portugal, those who want Argentina to fail really have few excuses and seem out of ideas, but they just want them to fail...

You can't hate a country for their fans :P But its your guys opinions, not mine.

@raimondo90

Let me get this straight . Did you just compared " cheering and booing" with laughing and celebrating about Neymar's injury that almost left him paralyzed for rest of his life ?

@tiki

Don't start with controversies . Argentina had plenty of them too .

a Microfracture does not leave you paralized. Neymar will recover within 2 months at longest. As for comparing, no i didn't. Its another unsporting conduct no one cares about. Same with mexicos fans yelling puto (many different translations but essentially either b·tch or fagg·t) every time a keeper kicked the ball.

what they did is wrong. Everyone knows that. but 20 idiots dont represent the entire nation. the 23 players picked to play represent the nation and judgement should be based on them.

If you wish to see them fail because of this, then you are poorly misguided. like tiki said, haters looking for more reasons to see Messi and co fail.

"a Microfracture does not leave you paralized. "

Not trying to be sarcastic , but are you doctor ? and Did you diagnose him yourself ? According to the news where his doctor gave a report "he was not feeling his legs after collision " and during surgery " he was close to being paralized " .

"Same with mexicos fans yelling puto (many different translations but essentially either b·tch or fagg·t) "

  • Yeah I know , but absolutely not same because insluts and tounting has been around for ages . However celebrating and dancing that one could end handicapped . That is twisted .

Btw Mexicans paid for their arrogance for their puto chants but then Dutch scored 2 goals in 5 minutes and it was dead silence among Mexican fans . Vile fans just like Argentinian fans . If there are two nations which are most hated even among fellow South Americans then for sure , Argentina and Mexico . Not making anything up , there are surveys to back it up and people themselves do not hide it . You should probably know.

Where did you even get he had surgery? I don't need to be a doctor if I'm reading comments from doctors including the teams doctor stating its not a serious fracture and will not require surgery. Even on the video where Neymar gets injured you see him moving his legs.

Brazilian head coach Luiz Felipe Scolari said that when Marcelo came to the aide of his downed teammate, the writhing Neymar told him that he couldn’t feel his legs.

Shortly after this came out, the doctor who examined Neymar revealed that had Juan Zuniga hit him just 2.3 centimeters higher, he would have been paralyzed from the waist down.

Remember that Injury that changed Ronaldo De Lima forever ? We never saw his true potentials after recovery , I won't be surprised if this injury will have similar effect on Neymar career .

It's in bad taste for sure.. But you can't stereotype a whole fan base because of a couple of probably drunk guys taking a joke too far..
That said.. They have an interesting WC song that team likes to sing too..
Brasi, decime que se siente

Translation

Brasil decime que se siente
Brazil tell me what it feels like
Tener en casa a tu papa
Having your dad home
Te juro que aunque pasen los años
I swear that even if years go by
Nunca nos vamos a olvidar
We will never forget
Que el Diego te gambeteo
That Diego juked you
Que el Cani te vacuno
That Cani scored on you
Que estas llorando desde Italia hasta hoy
That you've been crying ever since Italy
A Messi lo vas a ver
You're going to see Messi
La copa nos va a traer
He will bring us the cup
Maradona es mas grande que Pele
Maradona is bigger and better than Pele

haha..

Im hoping for an Argentinian Maracanazo, that would be Historical...
For those who doesnt know Maracanazo, its the sadest day in Brazil Football History...
Vs Uruguay in 1950 WC final.

So disrespectful but I can't judge the team with their a few fans I can judge the team with their play and Argentina don't deserve to be in the Semi Finals with their play.
