Final list is a big surprise to some fans. Rulli and Dybala were expected to feature but did not. Glad to see the veteran, Demichelis, excluded with Victor Cuesta coming in to take his place. Another surprising inclusion is Lavezzi, who many fans think does not deserve a place.

yea Martino is making some strange decisions. I can understand Tevez, because of the plethora of strikers, but definitely Dybala>Lavezzi at this point. The only reason I can think of why Martino would exclude Dybala is because he is likely to feature in the Olympic Tournament.
