Apparently Barca have joined the race for Willian. Chelsea have rejected a £50m bid.

I reckon Sarri rates Willian highly and is planning on using Willian in a 4-3-3, else Chelsea would likely have accepted a relatively high offer considering Willian will be 30 by the time next season starts and That he hasn't had a big role in the last two seasons. Also it would mean selling to a non domestic rival, which is important considering Mourinho is reportedly keen on signing him. Therefore it makes good sense to the club on a business level to sell to Barca, unless they know the manager next season really values him.

@legends16 Golovin would be a signing for the future no doubt. Your defo not the only team interested in him though. And yeah, a new quality goalkeeper will be a must have, especially with Courtois future being unclear. Alisson would be an incredible signing for sure but once again, I doubt Chelsea will be the only one to move for him.

@legends16 So many competition in midfield at Chelsea though, Kante, Bakayoko, Fabregas, Drinkwater and Barkley. I don't really see how they would have enough place for both Loftus-Cheek and Golovin. They should focus on having the player who are already there getting enough playtime instead of wanting to sign new player in that area.

Tbh I think Loftus-Cheek and Golovin are both better than Drinkwater or Barkley. Plus they're younger, and already proved that they can do well in the bigger stage. If I was Chelsea boss, I wouldn't have any doubts who to keep.
