I love Roman, but hate him at the same time. So confusing D: Also, nice job Everton! Talk about a stable team.
Gotta love those 30s and 40s. They really create the illusion of 'history'.
you should of treated the number of trophies english clubs have recently achieved insteada meaningless points.
Stanker,he just wanted to share the POINTS not recently won trophies, cant you read the title of the forum?
Well Liverpool dominated the 80s-90s they were almost invincible at anfield
Weird that 19 champions have the lesser points
History Channel
Arsenal going down soon.... :(
Liverpool was the Big club back in the day.
agree with you jeffrey its kinda weird the lesser points than arsenal and everton considering that they are the most successful club in premiere league histpry
they are*
It's heavily skewed from ancient eras. Arsenal, for example, had their most successful period ever in the 1930s (3 league titles in a row). Because of such prehistoric dominance, it pushes their ranking up.
Man Utd, by contrast, have had the 60s and the modern era for their glory days.
Liverpool are deservedly first, considering they went something like 18 years either first or second (between 1973 and 1991), which is real dominance, and something even Fergie hasn't managed to surpass for Man Utd, though obviously his reign has been incredibly successful.
^^^^ yes dont count league seasons before 1950
Hey there. Just saw this and found it surprising. Wanted to share.
TEAM - POINTS1. Liverpool - 5201

Liverpool... still the best. One thing United haven't beaten them in yet
Arsenal... 67 points off all time top? Not bad.
Everton? You cheekily consistent bastards...
Spurs... mind what gap?
Chelsea... shows how much ground you can make up if you skyrocket to success over the past 2 decades.
