For the points thats only counted in groups, right?

I'm not sure. I would expect them to count as groups and elimination and play-off rounds.

Just checked. It's groups and elimination rounds. They bolded the teams still active in this year's competition, so it means that if Barcelona beat Milan in the second leg, their points total would go from 248 to 251.
