Alex Grimaldo & Luis Enrique & Barca's youth policy?

B team defender Grimaldo has hit out at the head coach for not speaking to him
and his team-mates. "He has never told me anything," he told radio
station RAC 1.

"I have not had any contact with him, nor do I have anything to say to him."

Samper was whining almost the same thing while back - I mean he was apparently frustrated about the lack of playing time in the first team.
--
Then, apparently according to this same RAC 1 he's close moving to a Champions League club.
--
My questions are.
Which might this Champions League club be?
Is he actually VERY good? I've heard that he's the best along with Samper currently.
Why is it that Barca seem to lose their best talents, at an absolute bargain, or even for free?

(Cesc, Bellerin, Jordi Alba, Piqué, Sanabria ?) & (Samper & Grimaldo now?)

Well ultimately the responsability falls on Enrique to select which players to promote based on what he feels the team needs. Sometimes, there are better players on the team than the current level of a youth player so Barca can cash in and insert a buy back clause.

Also, the board has changed direction and focused on buying players rather than let the academy develop players.

The lack of space on the first team for youth players in very concerning to me, not just at Barca either. How many players were part of a big clubs academy, went somewhere else, because very successful and then was bought by a different big club?

United has a history of developing players, but we aren't really letting players come through, even Januzaj is out on loan. Chelsea has had a shocking season, but is still barely playing youth players. Teams like Barca, Real, and Bayern are even worse.

If I was a youngster in the academy system, if I wasn't getting communication from the top, I'd bail out too. There is no point wasting years of my career playing on a B team and waiting for a position to open up - and when it does, the club spends 40-50 million to fill it. There is no point at all.

Because clubs now wants to success instantly, if they have money for the players. Some clubs just buys every young talent in the world, then loan them, and after few years without any chance they sell them for some profit.

if barcelona sell a youth player it's just a temprary good bye. It won't actually be a bargain if we kept the youth players and didnt sell them in between. If you're getting 1 game a month in the first team and other games always in the youth team you wont actually develope much.

No need to keep a youngster and bench him, thats ruining his progression. Better let him go and buy him back if he succeeds elsewhere and needed. The problem is that when you get a golden generation, other comming upgrades cant breakthrough because every position if fullfiled, the fact that Barça have Madrid in their league force them to not have a transition time and buy finished products able to stick in the puzzle instantanously to be able to compete.
Only Genious players can ultimately force the staff to upgrade them, and patient hardworkers. I really want Sergi Roberto to get a chance alongside Bartra, from their generation for me they have been the only ones to show heart, intelligence and character. Others can leave, and the loaned know what to do to come back its up to them...

btw : Im officially working With Beinsports ( France ), technical problems section, im glad we can watch TV and Football games at work and getting paid for it, cant hide my joy there :D

@tiki n1.

I believe there is about 15+ games a season when the game is over after before 1st half, youth players should get a chance there & they'd probably get progress. Or another way would be starting 1-2 newcomers at a time vs poor teams. You don't have to force 7 new players same time.

Anyways I think Grimaldo & Samper should definitely leave. I'd like to see Samper at Arsenal, although it feels like it will never happen.
