I can't wait to finish this saga and I hope we won't see same scenario as with Hazard and Lucas ! Thiago is AMAZING player! What do you think what will be with him??

I was hoping he'd come to us, as we were linked with him and Tello, not so long ago. :/

He'll be brilliant at United, if that's where he goes.

I think he is a good player and will fit pretty well at Manchester United.

I hope they use him well, though. I don't know how Moyes is going to manage Kagawa, Thiago, AND Cleverley, but I hope that Kagawa gets pushed to wing, Cleverley stays put beside Carrick/Strootman, and Thiago becomes the new CAM in place of Rooney.

Not the first time this has happened to us that somebody using United to get himself a better deal at his own club. Whole world will laughing at Man United if we fail at this transfer TOO .

Reports saying that he will reconsider to stay at Barcelona!

You have to be patient.Xavi is probably playing his last season for so many games and your time will come.
You owe a lot to Barca.We need you and You need Barcelona..

this is what surprised me the most when Barca bought Neymar. They already have three world class players waiting in Tello, Alcantara and Deulofeu. They would obviously want to leave if they don't get playing time.

@FredTilson

That's because Neymar wasn't a Barcelona buy. It was a Rossell buy. Pep didn't need Neymar, nor did he want him much. That's why Neymar was frequently linked to Madrid back then. The moment Pep leaves, Neymar is signed a year later. It's basically a method to brag off, not a tactical transfer.

Also, Tito doesn't show enough confidence in the youngsters. How many games has Deulofeu played for the first team this season? Compare this stat to Cuenca and Tello's debut seasons and you'll see that Pep has much more faith in the youngsters than Tito. One thing I don't like about Tito is this. He needs to continue the Barcelona tradition a bit better. :/

Pep was the one who chose Neymar!
Barcelona's scouting team gave them a list 2 years ago i think with talented players and their attributes and Pep along with tito chose Neymar,Lucas Mooura and one other that i cannot remember his name now.
Just to inform you.
Also Cuenca and Tello played a lot at their first season mainly because there were a lot of injuries that our key players had to face.
Of Course Tito didnt trust them so much this season.But it is logic.He is unexperienced.
He was anxious and afraid that with the youngsters he couldnt have won a few matches and thats why he prefered the easy way.
Thats how i vew it.

@DonAndres

But at the same time, it is playing experience that makes the youngster better. Look, if Tito had played Bartra more during the season, he would have been better against Bayern. If he had played Deulofeu and Thiago more, they probably wouldn't have lost 7-0, but more like 4-0 or 3-0. But yes, you're right when you say that he's inexperienced, so I hope he learns from this. He has to be more like Pep, IMO. :/

And perhaps Pep had singled out Neymar back then, but Pep didn't make any moves for him. He didn't need him. He chose David Villa and Alexis Sanchez instead. The thing about Pep's era is that most transfers don't work out for Barcelona.

Alexis underperformed in his second season.
Villa broke his leg in his second season.
Chgrynskiy was useless.
Song is a 15.000.000 benchwarmer.
And don't even get me started on Zlatan. The Zlatan saga basically climaxed in Barcelona losing two world-class strikers to the two Milan teams, who ended up winning titles with both those players. Not to mention that Barca bought Zlatan for 63.000.000 and sold him for around 21.000.000. A horrible deficit.

The only transfers that worked out recently were the two La Masia graduates themselves, Alba and Cesc. That's why Tito ought to be more wary with Neymar's buy, because if Neymar doesn't adapt quick, we'll see a Nasri V 2.0 on our hands. :/
