Despite what media and agents trumpet all over the papers, most deals are done very quietly. It makes me wonder how different the sport would be if some of these deals (and other countless unheard of ones) had gone through.

I am pretty sure QPR close to sign Lucas and made their offer 8 mil pounds but PSG signed him for 45 euros .

West Ham United were close to signing Neymar with 16 million pounds but were short 80 ... bummer ..

Now if we have a list of who Wenger almost signed ... that will be pretty much every player

Just for the sake of it. I would have been curious to know how Ronaldo would have turned out playing for United .

He would have probably never broken his leg because Roy Keane would have knocked the crap out of anyone who tried to do it .

He would have joined Real eventually but it would have been good memory for united to have both Ronaldos in one decades . Both one of the greats of all time .

Well... No regrets, we got a bunch of fenomenal players during SAF's era. Aguero would have been nice though. Nothing to do in those cases.
