it's official now, on arsenal.com our first world class signing of the summer. By the way in 2017 he will have spent 1/3 of his life at the club. What commitment.

"it's official now, on arsenal.com our first world class signing of the summer."

Really?

C'mon, now. Even with his magical 42m Ozil signing, he still couldn't crack the Top 3.

But! He did break his (nearly) 9-year trophy drought.

@lodatz wenger is still one of the best managers in europe. You wish spurs had a manager half as capable as wenger.

^I don't think we should judge managers by their trophies

How else would you like to judge them?

I am all ears.

He has consistently put Arsenal as title contenders every year. Arsenal have gotten into CL for the past 15 years or so. He has sold so many players yet still has a world class teams that can take on even the likes of Bayern Munich. He is probably in the top 10 managers in the world at the moment.

And if you are talking about trophies how many have Tottenham won? They've won jack sh*t. So from judging from what you write, Tottenham have had crap managers for a veeerrrry long time.

Yes he is, Arsenal finally won a trophy now let's count only european trophies, genius idea.
Give Guardiola team like Everton and then talk about how great manager he is, if he fails would he be shit?

"He has consistently put Arsenal as title contenders every year."

Actually, THAT's not true. This year was the first year in, like, 6 years where Arsenal were a title contender, and mainly because of the early form of Ramsey and Ozil. They still ended up a very distant 4th. Again.

"Arsenal have gotten into CL for the past 15 years or so."

Well, that's certainly true. However, they've never won it, and only even made it to the semis, what, twice, in all those 15 years? In the last 10 years, he's gotten there by coming, well, mostly 4th.

Come on now. Let's be honest.

"He has sold so many players yet still has a world class teams that can take on even the likes of Bayern Munich."

Usually because he never manages to win his Group, and gets knocked out by the winner of another group. Come on now. Let's be honest.

"He is probably in the top 10 managers in the world at the moment."

Meh. That's debatable. But, it's definitely true he's one of the best managers in England. It';s kjust that England isn't the wole of Europe, or the world. Come on now, let's be honest.

Also? Attacking Spurs will change none of this. There's no need to fight about it.

@quik:* "*Arsenal finally won a trophy now let's count only european trophies, genius idea."

Well, yes, because the claim I'm questioning relates to Europe, not just to England. Wenger is definitely one of the best managers in England. Definitely. But winning the FA Cup for the first time in 9 years doesn't make you one of the top managers in Europe.

You know why? Because freaking WIGAN won it last year. Surely whoever managed WIGAN, with much less money and a much poorer squad than Wenger, deserves to be called a better than Wenger, according to this logic?

Come on now. Let's be honest.

Lodatz being the ignorant sshit again. Ok we beat a weak wigan but wigan knocked the reigning English champions TWICE in 2 years also don't forget we knocked 3 top 6 epl BPL teams spurs,Liverpool and everton so dont just judge on wigan we knocked 3 top 6 English teams so we are worthy winners.

"Lodatz being the ignorant sshit again"

That's not true either. Why do you keep lying?

" so we are worthy winners."

I didn't say you weren't. I'm saying that doesn't make your manager one of the 'best in Europe', especially since that's the ONLY win he's had in the last 9 years.

If you need help with the bigger words, just let me know.
