18 goals in a week. Has Madrid solve their problem in the mid?

Real Madrid in recent games have been a scoring machine especially Ronaldo. Their attacking force is insane on paper and now on the pitch as well.

After a poker game 8 - 2 at Deportivo La Coruna, they put another destructive performance yesterday with 5 - 1 victory at home against Elche. That's their 18 goals in a week time in which 8 of them belong to a super on form Ronaldo (this 25th hat-tricks). This is insane.

Has Real solved their problem with their mid? Not sure, they still need bigger test. But looks like they will bring immense fear to any team they face now.

I still think they would have a problem against strong team due to their weak/unbalance defensive midfield. Anyhow, they would have C. Ronaldo to solve their problem, what a crazy scoring machine. People should stop complaining about his penalties. Those are as good as other goals. I dont like his style, but scoring like this is beyond phenomenal.

"Not sure, they still need bigger test" Exactly. Opponents have been Basel, Depor and Elche. And soon there'll be another 7-0 trashing against Ludogorets. Not saying it's simple to win f.e 8-2 against Depor, but that's what I really expect from a team that buys the most expensive/best players every summer - against teams that have budgets around C.Ronaldo's month wage.

@tuan_jinn Ronaldo is simply best goal machine in world. It's easy to score when you have Modric,James,Bale,Kroos,Isco and other top class midfielders. And it's true they played vs. small teams and nobody expected they can do something against Real.

@decentK Ludogorets are underrated team if we look at their style of playing. They almost get a draw vs.Liverpool and last season beat Lazio. There are more examples.Back to topic Real really have tooooooo much money, even they hit debt. And with that squad wins are expected.Especially,if there is CR7.

We haven't. Our midfield is improving, but it's our offense that keeps bailing us out. We can't outscore the opponent every game. There will be certain games in the season where we just have to sit back and defend, which I'm not sure we're capable of doing yet.

James -> Improving a lot, especially with gelling with his teammates
Isco -> Significantly improved over the summer
Modric -> Controls the game, but tends to make silly errors and doesn't rush back. We need to increase his work rate
Kroos -> Pretty disappointing so far. He doesn't make forward passes, and doesn't defend. He's only there to maintain possession. He doesn't even charge up to take shots, and when he does, he misses.
Illarra -> Has been pretty damn good when he has played. I hope he gets to play more.

They are getting even stronger than last year, i see what Ancelotti is trying to do, if he succeeds they will reign in Europe for a while because when you control the midlefield and you have Bale,James,Ronaldo and Benz upfront, they could beat any opposition.

Talking about weak teams, Liverpool can take 5 easily at Bernabeu, doesnt mean they are weak, just that the strike force of the opposition was unmatchable.
Remember Schalke took 6, Bayern 4, Galatasaray 5, Sevilla 7, none of those teams are weak.

Against a top Europeen team with WC striker, If you' re not concentrated or mentally giving up after 2-0 it could escalate quikly into a demolition.

@liomessi10 Sociedad was pretty unlucky match for Madrid.Having 2-0 and lost 4-2 is pretty dumb result.Atletico showed big class and earned my respect. "Passion>Money" was talking that day, when Atletico did really good job. I'm not so sure they can win 3-0,but Real can win.

@liverpollfcangryfan It's really bad perfomance from Liverpool. But,wait for Sturidge.

Yeah, when a team lost 2 - 0 too early, it can be more likely to lost their head and loose 6 - 1...

Real looks destructive now, but I really want to see if things dont go their way during the match for some reason, if their attacking force can help to cover their defensive mid weakness. I think they will really struggle
