100% Agree, I think his price will just go down. Only if City will bid something crazy like 100M...

When i first saw that shaqiri picture i thought it was kovacic and i got a bit scared. Coz i thought he might have signed for liverpool.
Anyway poor shaqiri is having his career destroyed. And only 23 years old. He'll probably end up like pato

Sorry quickzy you got it right, Turan chose Barça... I didnt believe in it for the simple reason Barça havent voted yet their president, and each one tries to catch votes by splashing some players name on the table...
Well maybe both have agreed agreement with the player, its not yet official nor confirmed but seems that the 28 yo will come at 35 mil euros.

I hope he is aware that Barça midlefield run more than the average, and he wont get PL star signing wages...

Thats not really a bad news, i always rated Turan very high, the problem is the transfer ban so he will start with Barça until January 2015 like Alex Vidal. I hope he is proffessional enough to keep training like Suarez did, imo he is.
Anyway he got 2 options : Play for Barça B or go on loan to Galatasaray until January, i hope he stay focused on competition.

The second reason is that La Mmasia players have less and less chances to succeed in the first team, its not that they arent good enough but they have exactly 0 chance to develop and progress.

As Laporta said, La Masia talents got ruined by the previous direction, you cant have a player like Xavi-Iniesta-Messi instantly, and thats the problem, Barça actually has no patience exactly like Real Madrid were in the recent past and its completely opposite to the identity of the club and the positive updates made a decade ago.

Denis Suarez ( on loan at Sevilla ), Samper/Hallilovic ( Barça B), Rafinha and Sergi Roberto ( Bench players ) all could have got a chance, one or two would have established himself in the long run knowing how talented they are.

Now buying a 28 yo WC player is good, but its a short term way to success and you should spend again the same amount or more to attract another, this doesnt help the club stability in a moment where Madrid sign only youth players : Kroos, James, Danilo, Isco, Vasquez, Carvajal, Varane... The moment those players will reach their peak in 2 or 3 years, Barça would be in big troubles as it happened to Madrid in Xavi-Iniesta-Messi Era.

I'm actually wondering if Barcelona will allow him to play CL football if he does go out on loan for half a year to Galatasaray because he won't be eligible to play for Barcelona in the CL then.

Heard Arturo Vidal is now heading to Real Madrid, lol - what next? According to media he's signed for 5 clubs in a year already.

If Turan deal is true I'd say it's very pointless signing for Barca. Tiki said the reasons pretty well.

Knoplyanka at Sevilla doing the Medical visit.

I told you, dont worry for this team, if Sevilla direction and Staff had Liverpool budget, they could be CL contenders...

Ramos 100% leaving ( United fans should be happy here ), the player and i understand him didnt appreciated the frontal disrespect by Perez, he got treated as a mercenary while he gave everything to Madrid since his arrival from Sevilla, he was earning 7Mil wich is nothing for the big role he has as a player on the pitch and specially in the dressing room...
Why this sacrifice and the obligation to win everything, everytime and at any cost while any team in the world would offer him 10M-12M and not ask him for trophies with insistence...
I dont like the player as a Barça fan and his passive in the clasico, but i respect the quality of the player, he deserved to be a Madridista and he also deserved a pay raise, only Perez to blame here...

DDG on vacation to Madrid :) hmmm, this news will make madridista happy, i think the transfer will obligatory happen there is no other issue.

Anyway i loved this United Vs Madrid muscle talk, United made it clear CR7 mistake wont happen, they show resistance and strenght in the market and thats the way for players and agents to have them in mind as one of the biggest clubs, wich they really are.

United took Di Maria who wasnt really needed by Carlo so it looked like a second destination compared to Madrid, here they are taking Madrid captain wich is very symbolic for attractivity...

This tactic is 1000 times better than overpaying transfers + highering wages.
If this happens, with Rramos winning mentality and the power he has on the dressing room, United is back, really back at least in PL, for CL maybe not yet but who knows.

Turan is comming, but he should wait for Barça to elect their new president just like Pogba ( i officially dont want him to come, Pogba is greedy and expensive and his wages could cause dressing room issues ).

Anyway, Arda is eying Iniesta's place, since he and Andres defend less than Rakitic ( in theory Arda run too much with Atleti more than he could handle ).

If Barça signs Turan and refuses Pogba, i would be very happy, let the glamour and sign the Spartan.

  • Arsenal to release 7 players : Ospina, Campbell, Sanogoal ( came too early should have stayed in ligue 1 ), Diaby ( 83minutes played since 2013 ), Podolski, Flamini ( what is he still doing there ? ), Jenkinson.

some place to quality transfers i hope, i would love to see wenger smash Mou.

Meanwhile at Porto...

A Danilo left to let place to a new Danilo comming from Maritimo ( 4 years contract ).

^Still can't quite believe that Ramos is leaving, hard to believe. I'd love to see him in BPL though, preferably in Arsenal although he isn't coming to Arsenal.

^I'd like to release all of them, 'cause most of them deserve to play and we simply have too big of a squad. Jenko is going on loan definitely, fortunately for us. I'd love to see like many other Arsenal fans that Debuchy would leave (although he's not bad, it's not about that) and leave Jenks & Bellerin to fight for RB spot while Chambers moving to CB.

Damián (Emi) Martinez needs to leave, he's such a great keeper & currently 4th choice. Gnabry MUST go on loan, massive potential, but can't get in the starting XI next season, considering he just had a long term injury & too many players in his position ahead of him.

Zelalem, Hayden, Akpom & Bielik should consider loan moves too, or stay in the youth team and focus being as best as they can be.

Arsenal's squad next season.

GK: Cech (Szczesny)

RB: Bellerin (Debuchy)
CB: Koscielny (Mertesacker)
CB: Gabriel (Chambers)
LB: Nacho (Gibbs)

C(D)M: Coquelin (no cover....) NEED A SIGNING HERE
CM: Ramsey (Santi) (Wilshere)

LW: Alexis (Welbz)
CAM: Özil (no cover..? Santi can play here, if Özil's injured tho)
RW: Walcott (Chambo)

ST: Giroud (no cover...) NEED A SIGNING HERE

Then Arsenal have Arteta, Rosicky & youth players(if they don't go on loan) like Zelalem, Akpom, Bielik and Gnabry in the reserves. Welbeck, Walcott & Alexis can cover ST spot too, but are they good enough there, dunno.

So basically what I've been looking for f'in years is what we still need, CDM and ST. Giroud can't play on his own whole year & if Coquelin gets injured we're f-cked.

I'd still sign Carvalho/Javi Martinez AND Griezmann/Zlatan/Suarez/Benzema of which every single one are 'unrealistic', but Carvalho & Griezmann would be the most 'realistic' & actually would fit PERFECTLY at Arsenal
