Arsenal 430 9019

West Ham United have won a place in the 2015/16 UEFA Europa League after they finished top of the 2014/15 Barclays Premier League Fair Play Table.

The Premier League was awarded an extra place in the UEFA Europa League after UEFA announced that England had finished second in the UEFA Respect Fair Play rankings. That spot is awarded to West Ham after they finished highest in the Barclays Premier League Fair Play Table at the end of the 2014/15 season. As a result, the Hammers will enter the 2015/16 UEFA Europa League at its first qualifying round on 2 July.

West Ham become the fourth Barclays Premier League team in next season's UEFA Europa League. Tottenham Hotspur's fifth-placed finish earned them a spot in the group stages, while Liverpool will enter in the group stages too if Arsenal beat Aston Villa in the FA Cup final on Saturday.

In such a scenario, Southampton, who finished seventh, will enter in the third qualifying round. If Villa beat Arsenal they will go into the group stages and Liverpool will start in the third qualifying round.

Fair play? I don't think it should exist as a pathway to Europe. But congrats to West Ham for getting there.
