10 years ago, Joseph Minala signed with Lazio as a teenager - well, at least according to the documents. He was immediately accused of looking much older, and now, ten years later, he has finally left Italy.

Then the midfielder looked older than his 17 years, and Minala's face suggested that his papers had been forged as a child. His photo is still going viral.

Not only did he look older, but a report on an African football website also claimed that the teenager was 42.

Minala was listed as a Lazio player from 2014 to 2021, although he played only 4 times for the adult team. But he played on loan at clubs such as Salernitana and Bari and traveled to China.

Last summer, the Cameroonian moved to Serie C side Olbia Calcio 1905 from northeast Sardinia.

However, his contract was terminated by mutual agreement earlier this year, and he has now moved to Latvia to play at the highest level with FK Liepaja.

Joseph is 26 years old and was already on the new club's roster when Liepaja beat Super Nova 6-2 away to finish third in the Latvian Premier League.
