Mundo Deportivo reported on Jose Mourinho's upcoming plans. The Portuguese coach would like to return to one of his former clubs.

Mourinho left his position as the coach of AS Roma last month. The 61-year-old specialist held the coaching position for almost three years at the Italian capital club.

Almost immediately, the acclaimed coach was linked to new teams. Names like Barcelona, Porto, or Al-Shabab were mentioned.

However, Mundo Deportivo journalists believe that Mourinho is waiting for an offer to return to the ranks of the biggest managerial stars. Therefore, he is anticipating offers from the English Premier League.

It is not excluded that the owners of Manchester United will decide to make an offer to the Portuguese manager. According to the portal, it is expected that Erik ten Hag will part ways with the Red Devils manager position at the season's end.

Mourinho previously managed Manchester United from 2016 to 2018. During that time, he won the UEFA Europa League, the Carabao Cup, and the FA Community Shield with the team.
