The Al Hilal Manager Harshly Criticized Neymar For His Attitude Towards Football

Jorge Jesus, the manager of Saudi's Al Hilal, stated that Al Nassr forward Cristiano Ronaldo prioritizes football, unlike his team's forward Neymar.

On October 17, Neymar suffered an injury during a qualifying match for the 2026 World Cup against Uruguay in Montevideo (0:2). The player has a torn cruciate ligament and meniscus. The recovery after surgery is expected to take around nine months. In late December, the Brazilian embarked on a journey on his cruise ship, selling tickets to anyone interested.

«Cristiano Ronaldo has more passion for football; it's his priority. Neymar prioritizes other things, such as his personal life. But as a player, he is excellent. I spent a month and a half with him, and he positively surprised me in everything», said Jesus, as quoted by Mundo Deportivo.
