Scaloni explains how Argentina will play against Brazil without Messi

Argentina national team head coach Lionel Scaloni discussed the upcoming match against Brazil and the absence of Lionel Messi.

The 37-year-old Inter Miami player will miss the international break due to injury. Argentina will host Brazil on March 25.

“We will try to play our style — ideally, spending as much time as possible in the opponent's half, if we can. I think the match against Brazil will resemble our game with Uruguay — hopefully closer to our second half performance rather than the first.

It's a great fixture. Our task is to find ways to perform without Messi. We have to make sure Leo’s absence is felt as little as possible,” Scaloni said at a press conference.
