Premier League Announces Dates for Two Summer Transfer Windows

Premier League clubs have agreed on the dates for two summer transfer windows, the league confirmed on Thursday. This year, there will be two registration periods due to FIFA’s introduction of a special window ahead of the Club World Cup.

The first summer transfer window will run from June 1 to June 10, while the second will take place from June 16 to September 1. The announcement was published on the league’s official website.

As it stands, Liverpool are at the top of the Premier League table. Arsenal are 12 points behind in second place, while Nottingham Forest sit third, 16 points off the lead. Nine matchdays remain in the season.
