Pep Guardiola named the team that will become the champion of the Premier League this season

Guardiola said Manchester City will win the English Premier League championship this season.

The head coach of English Manchester City, Spanish Pep Guardiola, said that he feels the team will secure victory in the English Premier League in the 2023/24 season.

After 14 rounds, Manchester City is in third place in the English Premier League standings, trailing the leader Arsenal by three points.

«If you ask me today, we will win the Premier League. We will do it again if we play at the level we showed in matches against Liverpool and Tottenham. Of course, we understand how challenging it is,» Guardiola's words are quoted on the club's website.

Guardiola has been coaching Manchester City since 2016. At the end of the 2022/23 season, under his leadership, the Citizens secured a treble - winning the league, the FA Cup, and the Champions League.
