Al Nassr star Jaloliddin Masharipov told how the team reacted to the fact that Cristiano Ronaldo was appointed captain.

Defender Abdullah Madou lost the captaincy. However, according to Masharipov, the team had no problem as they felt that Ronaldo, who captained Portugal for several years, was more than qualified for the role.

"It would be a little strange if one of the other players were the captain of Ronaldo," said the midfielder of the Uzbekistan national team.
