Mbappe Wants to Register Goal Celebrations as a Trademark

PSG forward Kylian Mbappe wants to register his trademark celebration of goals scored as a trademark. The footballer registered seven trademarks, including his name, initials, and most famous quotes.

As reported by As, Mbappe has applied to register his crossed-arm pose, which he uses to celebrate goals, and his surname as trademarks. The request to the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) was officially filed on February 8 through a Paris-based law firm.

Earlier, Mbappe had already registered seven of his own trademarks, including his name, initials, and most famous quotes: "Moi tu m’parles pas d’age" ("Don't talk to me about age") and "Le football il a changé" ("Football has changed").

Thus, Kylian has become the footballer with the most registered trademarks, surpassing Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo (6) and Argentine forward Lionel Messi (4).
