Kylian Mbappé has criticized Paris Saint-Germain after the club posted a video promoting season ticket sales without telling the player how his interview would be used.

The video, released by PSG on Wednesday, contains excerpts from an interview with Mbappe in which he talks about the club and its supporters. The link to the video leads to the site and the subscription section.

"I just took part in the club's season ticket campaign for the 2023/24 season," Mbappé wrote on social media.

"I was not informed of the purpose of the interview… It looked like a normal interview during the club's marketing day. I'm afraid I have to disagree with the posting of the video. That's why I fight for the right to individual images. PSG is a great club and family, but it's not Kylian Saint-Germain."

The club has already removed the video from social networks, but the Internet remembers everything:

Last year, Mbappe refused to participate in a team photo shoot and promote the activities of the French national team.

At the time, the striker said his image rights dispute with the French Football Federation (FFF) was a "collective move" to help teammates; the FFF said it would review its player image rights agreement.
