Tough times for Erik ten Hag.
Manchester United lost to Brighton in the fifth round of the Premier League with a score of 1-3. This is the third defeat for the Red Devils in the current championship. The last time they suffered so many losses in the opening five rounds was in 1989, even before the establishment of the Premier League.
It's worth noting that before the match with Brighton, the Red Devils had only lost away from home (0-2 to Tottenham and 1-3 to Arsenal) and had taken six out of six points at home, defeating Wolverhampton and Nottingham Forest.
