Managers of ManCity, Bayern Munich, and Real Madrid Commented on the Champions League 1/4 Draw Results
On March 15, the Champions League quarter-final draw took place in Nyon, Switzerland. The current tournament winner, Manchester City, will face Real Madrid from Madrid. The other quarter-final pairings are Arsenal vs. Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid vs. Borussia Dortmund, and PSG vs. Barcelona.
The results of the draw were commented on by the managers of Man City, Bayern Munich, and Real Madrid:
Pep Guardiola: "We have no other choice. It's starting to feel like a tradition: for the third year in a row, we will be playing against the kings of this tournament. Hopefully, we will approach these matches at a good moment."
Thomas Tuchel: "Now we have one of the best European teams as our opponents. They have been consistently performing at a high level for two seasons. It's a dangerous team that scores a lot, but we will be ready. We know our strengths."
Carlo Ancelotti: "There is no anxiety; we are optimistic. It will be an equal game and a good show. It's not about settling scores for us. There is no clear favorite here; it's a balanced match."
