Richard Bredice
Former ManCity Analyst Caught Betting

Richard Bredice worked as the head analyst at Burnley, Anderlecht, and ManCity. Over 8 years, he placed 450 bets, including on matches involving the Citizens. His bets on transfers, which turned out to be very successful, drew particular attention. 11 out of 12 of these bets won.

The FA decided that he used insider information for personal gain and disqualified the analyst for 1 year (with 6 months suspended).

Additionally, he will pay a fine of £4,500, although he only won a paltry £1,700 from his bets. Richard himself denies having any insider knowledge.
