FIFA Has Announced The Top 3 Contenders For The 2023 Award For The Most Beautiful Goal

FIFA announced the three nominees for the Ferenc Puskas Award, presented for the year's most beautiful goal, as reported on the organization's official website.

The first candidate for the award for the year 2023 is Julio Enciso from Paraguay, who plays for Brighton and scored a goal against Manchester City in the English Premier League on May 24.

The second nominee is Guilherme Madruga from Brazil, who plays for Botafogo Futebol Clube and scored against Gremio Novorizontino in a Brazilian Serie B match on June 27.

The third nominee is Nuno Santos from Portugal, who plays for Sporting and scored in a Portuguese league match against Boavista on March 12.

The winner's name will be announced at the ceremony in London on January 15, 2024.

The current holder of the award is Marcin Oleksy, a Polish amputee footballer who scored a remarkable goal in a national amputee championship match.
