Fabrizio Romano Comments on Brazil’s Interest in Ancelotti

Rumors about Carlo Ancelotti potentially becoming the head coach of the Brazil national team continue to intensify. The Brazilian Football Confederation is seriously considering parting ways with current manager Dorival Júnior following a string of underwhelming results.

According to respected insider Fabrizio Romano, the federation is dreaming of appointing Ancelotti this summer. However, no negotiations are currently underway, as much will depend on Real Madrid’s future plans.

Brazil recently suffered a crushing 1-4 defeat to Argentina in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
