What a twist!
Cristiano Ronaldo wants to leave Al Nassr and return to Europe - at least according to the Spanish media El Nacional.
According to the contract with the Saudi club he joined in January this year, Ronaldo receives about 200 million euros yearly. But the Portuguese seem ready to give up this huge amount.
It is claimed that the Portuguese superstar could return to Real Madrid - only as an ambassador of the club, not a football player.
El Nacional writes: "Florentino Pérez ensured that Ronaldo would not lack work at the Santiago Bernabéu. But he [Perez] doesn't want him back as a player because he thinks the cycle is over."
The former Manchester United, Juventus, and Real Madrid player only spent five months at Al Nasr and scored 12 goals in 15 games for the club in all competitions.
