Cristiano Ronaldo to Receive a Unique Award No One Else Has

Ronaldo will receive a special award as the top scorer in the history of the Champions League.

According to UEFA's official website, Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo will be awarded a prize for being the all-time top scorer in the Champions League.

The ceremony will take place on August 29 in Monaco during the draw for the group stage of the 2024/25 Champions League season.

Ronaldo played 183 matches and scored 140 goals in the Champions League for Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Juventus. He is 11 goals ahead of Lionel Messi. Cristiano, currently playing for Saudi Arabia's Al Nassr, has also been the Champions League's top scorer seven times. He also holds the record for most goals in a single season of the tournament — 17.
