Barcelona Continues to Pay the Salaries of Former Players

The Catalans still cannot settle with footballers.

FC Barcelona continues to pay the salaries of Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets, and Jordi Alba, who have left the Catalan club. This was reported by Cadena SER.

All three are now playing for Inter Miami but continue to receive salaries from Barcelona. The reason for this is the changes that were signed during the coronavirus pandemic and directly affect the financial situation of the Catalan club today.

The blue garnets need financial help. Because of this, they can sell players in the summer.
