The Federal Bailiffs Service of Russia has declared former Zenit winger Malcom wanted, as reported by Russian media.
It is reported that the footballer left Russia without paying 60 car fines of 64,000 rubles (approximately 600 US dollars at the current exchange rate).
Soon, Malcom's Russian accounts may be frozen until the funds are deducted. If the fines are not paid, Malcom could face problems at the border upon his arrival in Russia.
Malcom transferred from Zenit to Al Hilal in Saudi Arabia in the summer of 2023. The transfer fee reached a record 60 million euros for the Russian Premier League (according to Transfermarkt data). His contract with the club is valid until the summer of 2027. Transfermarkt values the player at 30 million euros.
Malcom has already played 2 matches for his new club and scored 2 goals.
In the previous season, the 26-year-old Brazilian with a Russian passport became the top scorer of the Russian Premier League with 23 goals and also won the championship with Zenit.
