The 41-yo Ex-Pachuca (Mexican League team) & Colombia GK has been pronounced dead after suffering from cerebral thrombosis at his home. He had a history with thombotic disease. Calero retired from Mexican League action on Sept. 29, 2011 after suffering a venous thrombosis in his left arm. With Pachuca, he won three Mexican League titles and played for the Colombian national team from 1995-2007.
