@Golden yes that's correct. 

Everyone, the rules are quite simple:
1 - 1st place teams can only play 2nd place teams & Vice versa
2 - Teams from the same country cannot play against each other
3 - Teams that were in the same group cannot play against each other again (e.g. Shalke vs Arsenal)

My team is in the Europa League, so please excuse my CL ignorance.  

@Foothaholic correct me if i'm wrong but didn't Barca play Milan in the Group Stages and again? Not sure though :|

@ramaboy: I'm not sure what year you're talking about (and I'm too lazy to look it up). I am 100% that 2 teams in the same group cannot be drawn together in the round of 16. HOWEVER, that doesn't mean they can't play each other further down the line (i.e. quarters, semi's, final).
