Effort in the second half was too little to late, outplayed in the first half, and without son and Kane I don’t see us progressing which hurts

One team is 1 point off the top of bundesliga and the other is struggling to make the top 4 in a top heavy league full of very mediocre teams bar 2. Not really a surprising result.

Last season fate decided to be funny and arranged for all-english finals. Fluke no doubt but we'll never hear the end of it now. On a positive note, this season everything clicks into place the way it must be!

This is expected, without signing striker in January and so many injuries on our key player (especially kane and son)... is more like gun without bullet

Hate to say it, but the Premier League is at a lower level compared to other leagues, at least this season (maybe not last, with City and Spurs being much better)... This season it's just Liverpool who are amazing compared to everyone else who just keep on bottling it...

It is not so much as the levels. Look at fatigue of the players and injuries. They played Sunday night and now again on Wednesday. EPL is demanding league. Much more competitive from top to bottom with busy season schedule. You can’t compare exhibition match with week in week out football.

Yes, you make the point. This season only Liverpool can speak in European level. Even Liverpool lose from La Liga club. Premier League is very overated.

Because Atlanta win and based on result Liverpool - Spurs, so difficulty level of Europe league is like this:

Seri A (Italia) > La Liga (Spain) > Bundesliga (German) > Premier League (England) / League 1 (France)

do you think its a result of missing players or Mou's tactics, genuinely interested in an opinion from a fan. Should Mou be getting more out of spurs regardless of them missing key players?

I think mostly to do with missing players, and it’s hard to get the most out of players without spending a full pre-season/time with them and understanding strengths etc. In saying that there’s been a few times where his tactics haven’t been positive in attacking and we’ve looked like we’re waiting for individual skill or a bit of luck. I Suppose I’ll have to pass judgement early next season

Mou's tactics do quite often rely on individual moments of magic from his players though so it must hurt more without your best players

All Mourinho keepers look like Mr bean durning set pieces. Just look what he's done with Iker, David and Lloris.
